Genus Lophodolos

Lophodolos Lloyd, 1909

Females distinct from other oneirodids in having dorsal profile of frontal bones concave (convex or straight in all other oneirodids); symphysial and sphenotic spines extremely well developed; esca with a distal pair of tapering, unbranched appendages; no other escal appendages. Males unknown. Largest females 70-80 mm.
