Body rather plump, depth usually less than 4 in standard length. Mouth oblique.
Pelagic. Generally rare.
Species 2; in Clofnam area 1.
Note. Both species almost certainly represent the early stages of known species. Their precise identification, however, remains to be discovered and documented.
