Genus Lethenteron

Lethenteron Creaser and Hubbs, 1922

Dorsal fin with two contiguous lobes. Supraoral teeth fused in a supraoral lamina with a cusp at each and seperated by a bridge. Posterials present in single row of unicuspid cusps; all endolaterals are bicuspid.
