Dicologlossa Chabanaud, 1927
Anterior nostril on blind side not enlarged. Dorsal fin beginning on upper profile of head; pectoral fins well developed on both eyed and blind sides (that of the latter a little smaller). Supra-temporal branch of lateral line distinct, forming an angular S-shape; scales rectangular, intercanalicular striae strongly curved, shorter than width of intercanalicular zone (Dicologlossa type).
